Alert descriptions

• Game status: When your sports organization issues a game status alert (usually weather-related) that affects your league, the system will send an alert. You must claim your team in order to receive these alerts.
• Game reminder/preview: Reminders go out several hours before your next game to let you know where and when the game will be played, as well as information about your opponent. You must claim your team in order to receive these alerts.
• League recap: An overview of recent action in your league, including scores and standings. This alert goes out the day after games are played. You must claim your team in order to receive these alerts.
• Organization updates: Messages from your sports organization including registration dates, league rule changes, etc. You must claim your team in order to receive these alerts.
• Coming soon! Manager updates: Special messages from sports organizations for managers. You must claim your team and be listed as a manager in order to receive these alerts.
• Site updates: General info about recsports.madison.com such as new features, blog entries and forum topics. Get into the conversation!
